Financial Support

交通與住宿補助資格:
  1. 大學生，碩、博士生，博士後。
  2. 交通限補助自就讀學校所在地至新竹車站之台鐵及客運來回車票。每人最高補助 NT$400。
  3. 住宿限補助在學單位至陽明交大距離大於60公里者。每人每晚最高補助NT$1,000。(會議主辦單位不代訂住宿，請您自行訂房。)
若申請者眾多，優先考慮遠距離同學，最終獲補助者將於2026/5/15前email通知。

住宿費用收據抬頭：國立陽明交通大學；收據統編：87557573。
請填寫財務補助申請書，並附上銀行存摺帳號封面影本(郵局或玉山銀行為佳)。

Conditions for applying for Travel and Accommodation Subsidy:
  1. Undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students, Postdocs.
  2. Travel subsidy covers only round-trip Taiwan Railways and intercity bus tickets between your university and Hsinchu Station, capped at NT$400 per person.
  3. Accommodation subsidy is available only for applicants whose institution is more than 60 km from Yang Ming Chiao Tung University. The subsidy is NT$1,000 per night per person. (The conference organizers do not arrange accommodations; please book your own lodging.)
If the number of applicants exceeds the available budget, priority will be given to students traveling from farther locations. Final subsidy recipients will be notified via email by May 15, 2026.

The hotel receipt provided should state the title of 國立陽明交通大學; tax ID number: 87557573.

Please fill in 2026_Financial_Support_application_Form_Complex_Systems_Symposium.pdf and photocopy your bankbook/post office or E-sun bank accounts are preferred.
