Nurturing young researchers has been one of the major missions of NCTS since its beginning. Many research positions (non-tenured tracked research staff and postdocs), resources, and activities are provided for promising young researchers to develop their own career. More than 40 researchers got tenured position in academic institutes or universities in Taiwan or in their home countries, with some of them becoming one of the leading scientists in their fields.
