1. 住宿補助 / Accommodation Expenses

補助對象與限額 / Support Eligibility & Limit：
住宿費僅補助給在學單位地點至陽明交大距離大於 60 公里（台北(含)以北、台中(含)以南及花東地區）之學生，每人每晚補助上限為 NTD 2,000 (補助 1 晚)。 Accommodation support is only available for students whose affiliation is more than 60km away from NYCU (including Taipei and northern areas, Taichung and southern areas, and Eastern Taiwan). The upper limit is NTD 2,000 per person for one night. -
訂房方式 / Reservation：
會議主辦單位不代訂住宿，請自行訂房。 Please note: the organizer does not arrange hotel bookings. Participants must book their own accommodation.
2. 交通補助 / Transportation Fees

核銷種類 / Eligibility：
交通費僅限核銷國道客運或台鐵火車票根。 Only Bus or Taiwan Railways train tickets are available. -
報銷上限 / Maximum Reimbursement：
最高報銷金額為參與者從在學單位到新竹火車站的車程費用（需出示車票或收據）。 The maximum reimbursement amount is the fare from the participant's Affiliation to Hsinchu Railway Station (tickets or receipts must be presented).
3. 報帳所需文件 / Required Documents
- (1) 出示在學證明/ Proof of enrollment or student ID required
- (2) 住宿的發票或收據：Accommodation invoice or receipt

4. 補助通知與注意事項 / Notification & Important Notes

申請期限 / Application Deadline：
請於 2026 年 8 月 10 日前將申請資料寄至 Renee（renee@phys.ncts.ntu.edu.tw）。 Please email your application to Renee (renee@phys.ncts.ntu.edu.tw) before August 10, 2026. -
補助審核 / Review Process：
補助名額有限，截止日期前提交之申請將依序審核。 Financial reimbursement is limited. Applications submitted before the deadline will be considered and examined. -
結果通知 / Notification：
理論中心將於 2026 年 8 月 14 日前以電子郵件通知申請者是否核定補助。 All applications for financial support submitted before the deadline (Aug. 10) will be reviewed. Applicants will be notified by email whether their support has been approved before August 14, 2026. -
票根繳交 / Ticket Submission：
請將客運/台鐵火車票票根及住宿收據於 2026 年 9 月 4 日繳交於報名桌，供經費補助之用。 Please provide your bus / Taiwan Railways train ticket and hotel receipt at the registration desk on the last day of school (Sept. 4). -
外籍生注意事項 / Non-ROC Nationals：
外籍學生請務必提供居留證（ARC）正反面彩色影本、學生證影本、以及填寫完畢的申請書（以上三項文件皆為必備）。 Please provide a colored copy of the front and back of your ARC, your Student ID card, and this completed application form — all three documents are required. -
