經費補助申請說明 Financial Support Information
申請截止日期 / Application Deadline：May 11th, 2026
1. 住宿補助 / Accommodation Expenses

補助限額 / Support Limit：
每人每晚補助上限為 NTD 1,600。
NCTS provides financial support for accommodation with an upper limit of NTD 1,600 per person per night. -
訂房方式 / Reservation：
請參加者自行預訂飯店並先行支付款項。
Participants should reserve their own hotel rooms and pay the expenses first. -
優先對象 / Priority：
因經費有限，將優先補助 25 名來自南部或東部大專院校之學生。
Due to funding limitations, priority will be given to 25 students from Southern or Eastern Taiwan. -

2. 交通補助 / Transportation Fees
- 所屬單位位於新竹市者，不予補助交通費。
Affiliations in Hsinchu City are excluded. - 僅限核銷國道客運或台鐵火車票根。
Only Bus or Taiwan Railways train tickets are eligible for reimbursement.
