1. 住宿補助 / Accommodation Expenses

補助對象與限額 / Support Eligibility & Limit：
住宿費僅補助給在學單位地點至清大距離大於 60 公里（台北(含)以北、台中(含)以南及花東地區）之學生，每人每晚補助上限為 NTD 1,600 (補助 1 晚)。 Accommodation support is only available for students whose affiliation is more than 60km away from NTHU (including Taipei and northern areas, Taichung and southern areas, and Eastern Taiwan). The upper limit is NTD 1,600 per person for one night. -
訂房方式 / Reservation：
請參加者自行預訂飯店並先行支付款項。 Participants should reserve their own rooms and pay first.
2. 交通補助 / Transportation Fees

核銷種類 / Eligibility：
交通費僅限核銷國道客運或台鐵火車票根。 Only Bus or Taiwan Railways train tickets are available. -
報銷上限 / Maximum Reimbursement：
最高報銷金額為參與者從在學單位到新竹火車站的車程費用（需出示車票或收據）。 The maximum reimbursement amount is the fare from the participant's Affiliation to Hsinchu Railway Station (tickets or receipts must be presented).
3. 報帳所需文件 / Required Documents
- (1) 出示在學證明
- (2) 住宿的發票或收據：
抬頭 (Title)：國立清華大學
統編 (Tax ID)：46804804💡 提醒：若您通過 Agoda 預訂，旅館無法在收據上開立統編。請在備註欄註明抬頭即可。退房後請由電子郵件下載 Certificate of Invoice (Agoda) 並列印出來申請補助。 - (3) 現場填寫住宿補助領據
- (4) 繳交匯款同意書及銀行存摺帳號封面影本
- (5) 交通票根或收據 / Original Tickets or Receipts

獲得經費補助名單者，將會在 5 月 15 日前收到 Email 通知。 The approved ones will be contacted by email before May. 15th, 2026. -
