Abstract:
In this presentation, we will introduce to the students the different nanofabrication techniques that are currently available. We will then focus on techniques that are currently developing in our lab, including Nanosphere Lithography and Nanospherical-Lens Lithography.   Experimental results, including SEM images and optical spectra, will be demonstrated during the presentation. We will also introduce how to apply these fabricated nanostructures in applications like green photonics and biophotonics
