A minimal composite Higgs model on lattice
The two flavour gauge theory with fermions in the two-index symmetric representation of the SU(3) gauge group (sextet model) is a minimal composite Higgs model. The recent hadron spectroscopy results in this model, using a framework of lattice gauge theory with the staggered discretization of fermion action will be discussed. Emphasis will be given to the lightest baryon state and to an emerging light scalar as a potential Higgs imposter.
