Registration Notice
Registration Fee
1. There will be a registration fee of 500 NTD for students and 2000NTD for faculties and Postdoctoral Fellow. Invited speakers are exempted from the fee. The registration fee covers lunch, dinner and coffee breaks. (Accommodation (including breakfast) is separate.)
2. We regret that we cannot provide fininancial support for accompany person due to limitation of funding available.
3. Please Fill in the information for your payment by credit card of registration fee at the questionnaire link (https://forms.gle/wpkyDYQia5YQAAaRA). If you need a receipt, please state the title and VAT number of your support institute or your name on the receipt.

Cancellation and refund
If you would like to cancel your participantion and get a full refund, please contact with Ms. Renee before August 5. After August 5, registration fee will be non-refundable, and charge of accommodation cancellation is based on SUN-LINK-SEA (杉林溪) Hotel's rule.
Financial Support
1. We have limited funding available to financially support participants.
2. If you applied for a talk/poster, you can apply for financial support by sending an email byrenee.ho@gapp.nthu.edu.tw) including a CV, list of publications and your planned talk/poster title. July 30 to Ms. Renee (
3. Student financial support can fully cover Four-person room. But if student choose Double Room or Twin Bed Room, he/she needs to pay extra fee.
4. We arrange the accomodation from Aug. 21 to Aug. 25 (4 nights). After the financial support, partocopants have to pay extra accomodation fee to Sun-Link Sea hotel while check-in.
