Financial Support

交通與住宿補助資格:
  1. 大學生，碩、博士生。
  2. 交通限補助自就讀學校所在地至新竹車站之台鐵及客運來回車票。
  3. 住宿限補助在學單位至陽明交大距離大於60公里者。每人每晚NT$1200。(會議主辦單位不代訂住宿，請您自行訂房。)
若申請者眾多，優先考慮遠距離同學，最終獲補助者將於2025/5/5前email通知。

住宿費用收據抬頭：國立陽明交通大學；收據統編：87557573。
請填寫財務補助申請書，並附上銀行存摺帳號封面影本(郵局或玉山銀行為佳)。

請於2025/4/30前寄至jennytsai@phys.ncts.ntu.edu.tw；並註明標題：申請2025 Complex Systems Symposium財務補助_署名。

Conditions for applying for Travel and Accommodation Subsidy:
  1. Undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students.
  2. Travel subsidy covers only round-trip Taiwan Railways and intercity bus tickets from the applicant's university location to Hsinchu Station.
  3. Accommodation subsidy is available only for applicants whose institution is more than 60 km from Yang Ming Chiao Tung University. The subsidy is NT$1,200 per night per person. (The conference organizers do not arrange accommodations; please book your own lodging.)
If the number of applicants exceeds the available budget, priority will be given to students traveling from farther locations. Final subsidy recipients will be notified via email by May 5, 2025.

The hotel receipt provided should state the title of
National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University; tax ID number: 87557573.
