The Taiwan International Symposium on Statistical Physics and Complex Systems (StatPhys-Taiwan 2022),
to be held from 02 to 03 Dec 2022, follows previous meetings in 1991, 1993, 1995, 1997, 1999, 2002, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2014, 2016 and 2018, with the 1993 and 1995 meetings sponsored by International Union of Pure and Applied Physics (IUPAP) and the 1997 and 2002 meetings by the Asia-Pacific Center of Theoretical Physics (APCTP). The scientific program of the Symposium consists of invited talks and a few short talks for young scientists. The topics of the 2022 meeting include: Biology and statistical physics, information thermodynamics, nonlinear dynamics and synchronization, driven and active soft matters, and other related topics. The invited speakers include biologists, mathematicians, and physicists. As in past statphys-Taiwan symposiums, the goal is to provide a platform for scientists from different disciplines to discuss topics of common interest and to form future.
