Conference Name The 2013 International Workshop on Computational Science and Engineering (IWCSE 2013)
Content The First International Workshop on Computational Science and Engineering will be held at National Taiwan University Taipei, Taiwan from Monday 14th October to Thursday 17th October 2013.
This annual workshop brings together a global community of researchers in science and engineering, who employ numerical and computational methods to study mathematical, physical, chemical, and engineering problems.

The topics will include: machines and algorithms, numerical linear algebra, computational fluid dynamics, lattice QCD, computational condensed matter physics and material sciences, and quantum chemistry.

Further information for interested parties can be found using the navigational elements above.

IWCSE 2013 will cover many areas of computational science and engineering, with the underlying theme to address the state-of-the-art algorithms and hardware architectures, as well as the breakthroughs in science and engineering resulting from these high performance computations. The topics will include: (I) Machines and Algorithms; (II) Numerical Linear Algebra; (III) Computational Fluid Dynamics; (IV) Lattice QCD; (V) Computational Condensed Matter Physics and Material Sciences; and (VI) Quantum Chemistry.
IWCSE 2013 constitutes of 12 Plenary Talks, 20 Parallel Sessions (invited/contributed: 30/20 min), and a Poster Session. All sessions will be held in the CCMS/Physics Building, on the campus of National Taiwan University The workshop will begin in the morning of October 14, and will conclude in the evening of October 17. The events of IWCSE 2013 will include the Welcome Reception in the evening of October 14, the Poster Session in the evening of October 15, the Excursion to the National Palace Museum in the afternoon of October 16, and the Conference Dinner in the evening of October 16.
