Category Quantum computing and interdisciplinary applications
Event Duration 2012-05-18 - 2012-05-20
Conference Name 2012 Taiwan International Workshop on Ultracold atoms and molecules
Content Since the experimental realization of Bose-Einstein condensation in 1995, systems of ultracold atoms and molecules have become the most rapidly growing subfield in physics research. Many exotic quantum phenomena not observed in the traditional condensed matter systems or have been experimentally and/or theoretically investigated. In this workshop, we will continue our activities in the past few years and invite several frontier international/domestic researchers to report their research results in this field. We hope this workshop can attract more researchers and students to participate in this exciting field, and can have some interflow with frontier researchers.

Invited Speakers:
Yong-Fan Chen (National Cheng Kung Univ.)
Cheng Chin (Chicago Univ.)
Daniel Comparat (Laboratoire Aimé Cotton, France)
Olivier Dulieu (Laboratoire Aimé Cotton, France)
